So a digital sketch of the one concept for him that came out decently well haha.
His crest has a dash of Armada!Galvs in it and his ‘helmet’ curls down like horns/tusks but there is a bit at the back.
Like all other “Unicronians” He can make his optics go “aflame”. His teeth are rather “Oni like” and his mouth/jaws can open wider than they probably should.
The scar on his ‘horn’ is there on the other side too, as remaining vestiges from the damage to his processor that has left him with some issues.

I think a bit of the problem is I’m doing the sketches traditionally and I’ve spent so long being digital only I just don’t like how it’s turning out, but I’ll still scan them and show the current scribble page at some point.

I think right now a current top favourite is a doodle of Galvatron where his helmet curls around his head/face like a pair of tusks/horns and his crest has a little hint of his Armada-self in it, in that it has a inward facing-prong.
Got some ideas for his back too and how it relates to his alt mode and changing how that works too.

I mean G1 Galvatron had a bit of a doofy-as-shit alt mode but making it a semi-organic crawling tank-thing would look creepy cool.
