To follow up Galvatron, here’s local big boi Cyclonus.
With info below.

  • Dunno if I’ll keep to SV-dynamics but hey if I did (Lookin’ at you Chicken for suggesting it), imagine no one believing he and Starscream are cousins (probably second cousins, but still, when like 90% of your family is dead in the war that bit doesn’t matter too much) though it also lead to the amusing idea of:
    “I miss the days when you were smaller than me”
    “What all five of them?”
    “I STILL RANK HIGHER THAN YOU!”

  • Cyclonus goes long periods of time without talking, but when he does it’s a deep rumble of a voice which you’ll know when you hear it.
  • Is responsible for rescuing Galvatron from the lab he was created in. A feat he didn’t manage without getting some plating scorched. Given the sheer terrified reaction he got from Galvatron he found it better to keep the existence of his new friend a secret.
  • Is a very, very, VERY, VERY loyal Decepticon.
  • As such the discovery of Galvatron and Megatrons less-than-decent behaviour and standards regarding this clone really threw him for loop and made him question his entire existence and purpose, sowing seeds of doubt.
  • His honor and skill are very dear to him. He vows never to harm a unarmed foe unless there’s enough reason to (AKA you know you pissed him off if he does that) and hardly denies a request from his superiors.
  • Galvatron follows him most places so he has to be careful who he’s seen by and where he is, don’t know when he might have to shove the purple fella into a cave or ditch to hide him.
  • Galvatron once told him to “Here, hold Raf”, despite the human insisting it was okay Cyclonus promptly froze out of pure fear. The human is so tiny, too tiny, oh my god help what if I crush him?
  • His loyalty made it veeeery hard for him to tolerate the notion that they needed the Autobots help and he spent most of the time being antagonistic and ignoring them. He was partially glad he was too big to fit in their base so he didn’t have to put up with them.
  • Has kicked Wheeljack flying a few times. That’d teach him to make remarks about Galvatron it didn’t.
  • What? Smiling whenever he looks at the purple clone? Hahahaha nooooo… no… maybe ok he loves Galvatron, screw you, that daft Galvs makes his Spark do the fluttery thing aaaa
  • Transforms into a jet, it’s big enough for the likes of Megatron and Galvatron to stand on (but not ride in) but still makes for good/decent fortified transport. Can fit all of the human cast in his cockpit though.
  • Likes to glare in through the Autobot base window just to remind them of where they stand if he feels any of them are getting to close to considering him or Galvatron a friend. 
  • Can wiggle his wings to emote but only when relaxed.
  • Begrudgingly respects Ultra Magnus.

So despite having ample opportunity TFP failed us and never actually gave us Galvatron. So here’s mine.

  • Megatron tried his hand at cloning too, however he had the “genius” idea to throw some Dark Energon into the mix and thus! Galvatron was born!
  • Galvatron was immediately unstable and Megatron abandoned the fuck outta this gig and left.
  • He has some abandonment problems because of that. I mean you would too if you woke up in pain and the first guy you saw (Who you had a connection with ‘cos clone) went “fuck no” and ditched you.
  • Dark Energon makes bots look like they’re ‘on fire’, well that’s literal for Galvatron. He can manipulate and generate a purple-coloured fire from his body, he uses it both offensively and defensively, and for the occasional silly time (S’mores anyone?). This however is also terribly dangerous when it comes to him having breakdowns and has occasionally melted the edges of his own armour.
  • Having Dark Energon in his system and issues regarding what happened with Megatron he, well, has breakdowns and occasional bursts of uncontrolled anger.
  • Feels inadequate and hates himself, I mean he’s a clone, he pretty much had everything made out for him yet he even failed that.
  • Pretty much took one look at Raf and Bumblebee and went “babies” and they’re his now. He will fite you. He will look after those two li’l goobers they don’t deserve to be hurt and abandoned like he was.
  • Was rescued by a big seeker with a nice pair of horns on him.
  • Hardly leaves said seekers side and always goes back to him.
  • Always has a w-mouth. Always.
  • Is not affiliated with either side but due to his cloned history he’s wary and standoffish to Autobots.
  • His connection to Megatron was cut off a while after Megatron abandoned him.
  • Can be compared to a happy dog.
  • Can’t bring himself to go near Megatron, could easily be ‘afraid’ of him despite being a little bigger.
  • After some confusion, Raf shows him the first Pokemon movie. He cried.

Facts/Notes about this Galvatron (Both canon-Galvatron info and headcanons ahoy):

  • Galvatron and his cohorts spent a week inside Unicron mutating into their current selves, upon which they hatched from fluid-filled chrysalises in their current state and left Unicrons body to enact his will.
  • He’s bio-organic and functions differently enough from regular Cybertronians to be at the very least considered a sub-species.
  • The battle with Galvatron and Unicron lasted for two years. Unicron himself only showed up nearer the end.
  • Galvatron suffered a lot of torment from Unicron for so much as even considering doing things Unicron did not want.
  • During the latter part of the war with Unicron Galvatron did what he could to help in the take down but in the end was forced to comply with Unicrons commands.
  • Inside Unicron Galvatron tried to open the Matrix to kill or incapacitate Unicron.
    The Matrix opened slightly for him.
    It sensed the genuine desire to be free and defeat Unicron and responded to that but sensed Unicron still infested his mind so it did not.
  • Galvatron could’ve done something/more to prevent Hot Rod from getting the Matrix but used his last bit of energy to control himself, letting the Autobot take it, even though he likely would’ve got it anyway.
  • He spent a full year in the plasma baths of Thrull.
  • Said plasma seeped into his cranial chamber and caused a slew of problems for him:
    – He suffers from occasional severe failures in reality processing, leaves him on the bring of a perceptual crash most of the time.
    – A Malignant Plasma-neural tick.
    – His metaprocessing circuitry is brittle.
  • Often these ‘attacks’ or ‘moments’ cause him to have things similar to hallucinations often perceiving his own allies as enemies prompting him to attack them. Occasionally it causes him to have muscle spasms.
  • Galvatron is however smart enough to be aware of these and attempts to ‘compensate’ for his behaviour by being awkwardly helpful and overprotective of them.
  • He fears himself due to these ‘breakdowns’.
  • Due to his strange/different perceptual range Galvatron picks up things differently or notices things others can’t, it can be both confusing for him as much as it can be a bonus.
  • Being aware of his own issues and how some of the more aggressive/less-forgiving ‘cons view him leaves him with severe self-image/self-esteem/self-confidence issues.
  • Galvatron, like Cyclonus Scourge and the Sweeps, has a “Garbage Gut”.
  • While Unicron was alive Galvatron and his cohorts had seemingly unlimited strength and power, now he’s ““dead”” their power is noticeably weaker but they are still forces to be reckoned with.
  • Like other Unicronians he can make his optics appear to be ‘aflame’, this is purely an aesthetic effect.
  • The rest of his life plays out roughly similar to Season 3 of the G1 cartoon however with noticeable differences (Such as “Carnage in C minor” never happened, instead a sound-based weapon was fought over and lost).
  • Due to being a “perfect” form of the Quintessons TransOrganic experiments the Quintessons both view Galvtron as a severe issue yet an invaluable test subject.
  • The incident on Torkulon left Galvatron and Cyclonus with considerable strain on their relationship. Cyclonus felt guilty while Galvatron struggled to trust him again feeling hurt at the ‘betrayal’.
  • His weapon is capable of hurting ‘spirits’ making him capable of injuring Starscream.
  • Rubs his cannon as a kind of ‘stimming’ and likes having something to fiddle with.
  • His stomach and thighs are soft and ‘squishy’ but don’t be fooled. They can still pulverise.
  • Rubbing his stomach calms him down quickly and as such he likes it but only Cyclonus is allowed to do such.
  • He can purr and does ‘blep’ when content. Tail wiggles sometimes too.
  • His hand-pads feel like smooth leather.
  • Occasionally has nightmares about Unicron.
  • Always frees slaves.
  • Referring to him as Megatron or referencing a life before his current-self makes him feel incredibly uneasy.
  • To transform his arm folds up and the ‘wing’ stretches out from his elbow, arm and body.
  • His cannon only ‘moves’ like a head while he’s transformed, otherwise it remains static.
  • Is bizarrely fond of children and refuses to do anything dangerous near or around them. Making Daniels fear of him somewhat ironic as Galvatron would be unable to hurt him.
  • Has a incredibly ‘close bond’ to Cyclonus in particular and shares a room with him.
  • Has rough nights of sleep and doesn’t get as much rest as he should. This often leads him to sleep in various places, unsurprisingly he can be found asleep with some Sweeps in a pile.
  • Is afraid of leeches due to the incident with the Dweller that almost cost Cyclonus his life.
  • Can go days without eating unless someone reminds him to.
  • Thinks and processes things in weird ways and gets distracted somewhat often but it doesn’t always mean he’s forgotten what the original idea/plot was.
  • Mockingly calls Ultra Magnus “Shoulderstacks” instead of his actual name and occasionally does it to others to be cheeky.

There’s more for him regarding the AU (or at least my ‘verse’) and stuff but it’d go on quite long haha and minor spoilers? I guess? Oh well.
