Things the fandom forgets:
– The only two times G1 Galvatron has shown concern for any of his troops was showing concern for Cyclonus.
– Galvatron is not a 2D “RAGH IM ANgRY AND HIT THINGS” character.
– Cyclonus held a preteen character hostage and threatened him in front of his parents.
– Galvatron cannot control his own emotions properly due to plasma damage to his processor/brain.
– Cyclonus was legitimately happy when Galvatron wasn’t lobotomized even if it did mean he wasn’t “cured”.
Not even trying to get people to ship this just fed up of people pinning Galvatron as “totally abusive because he WANTS TO” and Cyclonus as “Innocent and repressed”

Okay so here’s more on that previously mentioned “Next gen” feeling.
Dragon Galvatron is secretly such a woobie-nerd who whacks his tail repeatedly on the ground when he’s super excited about something. He even starts making cute-ass noises just like this. The doof.
Man I see these cute-as-fuck “NextGens” for various shows and It inspires me to do one for Transformers but I already got 5 next-gen kids and I do have a bad habit of making/designing characters and never using them (but generally being too attached to get rid of them).
Who knows maybe a RP group for nextGen kiddos? Or something …. I dunno I just adore these cute-ass next-Gens I see
